Some items we sell may have a restocking fee if returned. No restocking fee will be charged on items that arrive to the customer damaged, defective, not as advertised, or on orders cancelled prior to shipping.

Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing contents may be denied a return. All items must be their original packaging with UPC code and include all original items such as tags, manuals, accessories, etc.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like consumable items (such as batteries, cleaners, and ink), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items that have been modified, changed, damaged, used, or altered in any way.
